5-Part YOGA Series

Increase feelings of emotional, social, and spiritual well-being and decrease anxiety and depression. We invite you to experience these possibilities firsthand, exploring mind/body/spirit connections through guided breath work, physical postures, and meditation in this weekly yoga class. Participants will have the opportunity to connect to their bodies and calm their minds, and will also gain strength and flexibility through regular practice. All levels of skill and experience are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and feel free to bring a mat and/or block.
