The Clinebell Institute is a not-for-profit organization committed to providing affordable pastoral counseling. The Institute’s mission includes serving persons in need regardless of their ability to pay for pastoral counseling services. The regular fees are:

• An initial 1-½ hours session—$125.00
• A 50 minute ongoing session—$100.00


• Persons unable to pay the regular fees are charged on a sliding scale which takes into account their income and family size.

The Clinebell Institute accepts checks or cash in the exact amount. We do not keep cash on hand to make change. Payments are made at the time of the session.

Some insurance companies may provide coverage for your counseling. You should consult your insurance agent or carrier about this. Insurance coverage is a matter between you and your carrier. If you use insurance, The Institute’s preference is that you pay for your sessions and have reimbursements made directly to you by the insurance company.
